At Klawed Attitude LLC, we take pride in handcrafting premium, small-batch candles designed to elevate your space. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

As our products are hand-poured in small batches, processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand periods. If this occurs, you will be notified via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

3. Shipping Locations

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

4. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Klawed Attitude LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Heat Disclaimer

Due to the nature of our products, candles are sensitive to heat and may soften or melt during transit, especially during warmer months or in hotter climates.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Klawed Attitude LLC is not responsible for melting or minor cosmetic changes caused by heat exposure during shipping.
  • We recommend selecting expedited shipping during warmer months to reduce transit time.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly to prevent prolonged exposure to heat.

If your candle arrives melted, allow it to cool and re-solidify at room temperature before use. Minor surface imperfections do not affect performance or burn quality.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging each order securely.

  • Klawed Attitude LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
  • If your order arrives damaged (unrelated to heat), please contact us within 48 hours at info@klawedattitude.org with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

 

 

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Klawed Attitude LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
